Referral Reward Agreement

This Agreement is made between ReferMyTradesman Ltd (“RMT”, “we”, “us”) and The Referrer (“you”).

By accepting referral payments from RMT, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• Participation: To participate, you must register as a Referrer on ReferMyTradesman.com.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive payments in the UK.

• Referral Method: You may introduce potential clients to RMT using your own methods.
• Payment Condition: RMT will pay you a referral fee only for closed jobs that result directly from your referral.
• Payment Terms: Payment amounts and timing will be confirmed separately for each referral scheme or campaign.
• Gross Payments: All payments are made gross (before tax).

• Your Obligations: It is your sole responsibility to declare all income to HMRC.
• Taxpayer Reference: You must obtain a Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) if required.
• Self Assessment: You are responsible for completing a Self Assessment tax return where applicable.
• No Tax Deduction: RMT will not deduct tax at source and holds no responsibility for your tax obligations.
• Payment Records: RMT will maintain internal records of payments but will not issue payslips or P60s, as this is not employment income.

• Honesty: You must act honestly and not misrepresent RMT or our services.
• No Guarantees: You must not make any promises or guarantees on behalf of RMT.
• Right to Withhold: RMT reserves the right to withhold payment or terminate this Agreement if referrals are obtained through dishonest, misleading, or unethical means.

• Exclusion: RMT is not liable for any loss you incur as a result of your referral activities.
• Limitation of Claim: Your maximum claim against RMT is limited to unpaid referral fees.

• Notice: Either party may end this Agreement at any time with written notice.
• Amendments: RMT reserves the right to amend or update referral schemes at its discretion.

By submitting referrals and/or receiving payment from RMT, you confirm your agreement to these terms.
