- Introduction
ReferMyTradesman.com (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a referral service connecting customers with independent tradespeople. We are not the employer, agent, or partner of any tradesperson. - Referral Rewards
- Registered referrers may earn a referral fee when a customer they introduce books a job with one of our tradespersons and the job is completed and paid for.
- Payment amounts and methods are displayed on our website and may change at our discretion.
- Customer & Tradesperson Relationship
- All services are provided directly by the independent tradesperson to the customer.
- We are not a party to the contract between tradesperson and customer.
- All disputes, complaints, or claims must be raised directly with the tradesperson. We do not accept liability for the performance, quality, or outcome of the work carried out.
- Responsibilities of Tradespersons
- Tradespersons must hold valid qualifications, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Tradespersons are solely responsible for the services they provide.
- Responsibilities of Customers
- Customers are responsible for verifying that the tradesperson is suitable for the job and for agreeing job terms directly with the tradesperson.
- Limitations of Liability
- We provide a referral platform only.
- We make no warranties or guarantees as to the quality, safety, or legality of any work carried out.
- We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from services provided by tradespersons.
- Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion where misuse or fraud is suspected. - Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
