We operate a simple 3 step booking process:
Immediate booking
We take your details and arrange a convenient day and time, sometimes as a tentative booking.
Callback confirmation
Our team confirms the appointment and, where possible, provides a ballpark estimate. Final quotations are usually given on site.
Yes. The tradesperson will need access to the property to assess the job and carry out the work.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We understand plans change and will do our best to accommodate your new availability.
Yes. Your tradesperson will call you approximately 30 minutes before they arrive to confirm they are on their way.
PRICING & QUOTES
Our pricing depends on the type of work required. In some cases, our customer service team can provide a ballpark estimate over the phone based on your description of the job. However, we prefer to inspect the work first so we can provide an accurate and factual quotation.
No. Every job is different. We may provide a ballpark estimate over the phone depending on the information you give us, but we prefer to assess the work first before providing an accurate fixed quotation.
The final price is confirmed when the engineer arrives on site and has fully assessed the work required. You are never committed until you agree to the quote.
Absolutely. We believe in complete transparency. Your tradesperson will provide a clear, firm quote before any work begins. You only proceed when you are happy with the price.
We understand. Our tradespeople provide competitive pricing and you are under no obligation to proceed if you are not comfortable with the quote. We can also arrange for a second opinion if needed.
No. The quote provided by your tradesperson is the price you will pay. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises.
Emergency and out of hours callouts may incur an additional charge, and we'll always make this clear when you book. Standard appointments do not usually include a callout fee. In some cases, a travel charge may apply if the engineer has to travel a significant distance, but you'll always be informed in advance before any costs are incurred.
In most cases there is no upfront fee. However, for out-of-hours emergency callouts or where the nearest available tradesperson is travelling a significant distance to reach you, a small upfront fee may apply. This is to cover travel costs and will always be communicated to you clearly before anyone is dispatched. You will never be charged an upfront fee without being told in advance.

GAS SERVICES
We offer boiler installations, boiler servicing, boiler repairs, CP12 gas safety certificates, gas fire servicing, cooker installations, and hob installations.
We recommend servicing your boiler annually to ensure it is running safely and efficiently. This also helps maintain your manufacturer warranty.
A CP12 is a mandatory gas safety certificate required for landlords and property owners. It confirms that all gas appliances, pipework, and flues are safe and compliant with regulations.
A standard combi or system boiler service starts from £80. Open flued boilers start from £130. Final pricing depends on your specific boiler and location.

PLUMBING SERVICES
We offer everything from minor repairs to full installations, including emergency burst pipe repairs, leak detection, bathroom installations, radiator repairs, and stopcock replacements.
While we dispatch an emergency engineer, locate your stopcock and turn it off safely to stop the flooding. Then call us for immediate assistance.
Plumbing repairs start from £80 per hour with a minimum 1-hour charge, then billed per half hour after that. Emergency rates may apply.

For homeowners, we recommend every 5-10 years. For landlords, it is legally required every 5 years or at change of tenancy.
Full house rewires start from £2,500, depending on the size and complexity of your property.
